Hello and welcome to Stable Steps Care Centre. I am Lucia, the Registered Manager, and I am proud to lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered care to all of our residents. With years of experience in nursing and healthcare, I am passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every resident’s needs—both medical and emotional—are met with compassion and professionalism. 

At Stable Steps, we work tirelessly to ensure that each resident feels valued, respected, and safe in our care. I am always available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your loved one’s care, and I encourage open communication between families and our team to ensure that everyone feels confident and informed.
