At Stable Steps Care Centre, our management team operates under the strategic guidance of the director, comprising a Registered Manager and a Compliance Manager to ensure exceptional care and regulatory adherence. Our dedicated clinical team includes six registered nurses, working collaboratively with CHAPS and four senior carers to provide high-quality, person-centered care.
Beyond our clinical expertise, we are supported by a well-structured and experienced team, including an Accounts Assistant, two HR Assistants, four Activity Coordinators, three Kitchen Assistants, three
Cleaning Staff, two Laundry Staff, and two Maintenance Staff. Together, we are committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our residents, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
