At Stable Steps Care Centre, our Senior Carers play a vital role in delivering the highest standards of care while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. As key members of our
care team, they provide expert support, oversee daily care operations, and mentor new carers
to uphold our commitment to excellence.
All Senior Carers are required to have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or be actively
working towards it. They are responsible for supervising, training, and guiding junior carers,
ensuring that every resident receives the compassionate and professional care they deserve.
Our Management Team works closely with the Senior Carers to maintain quality care and
continuously recruits skilled professionals to strengthen our team, ensuring that your loved
ones receive the best possible support in a safe and nurturing environment.
