Our Dedicated Carer Team

At Stable Steps Care Centre, our Carer Team is dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care tailored to each resident’s individual needs. With a deep passion for care giving, our team upholds the highest standards of care, ensuring that every resident feels safe, valued, and comfortable. Under the close supervision of our management team, we maintain a compassionate and supportive environment where residents receive the attention and respect they deserve.

All carers are required to hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification or be actively working towards it. Additionally, they receive specialized training to identify and respond to any changes in residents’ health or behavior, enabling timely interventions and appropriate support. Working collaboratively with our nursing team and other healthcare professionals, our carers provide comprehensive, person centered care that addresses both the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
